How the platform works
- Create an account or continue as guest.
- Click Post Your Property, fill details & upload photos.
- Choose pricing option (FREE during promo / paid options).
- Make payment (if selected) and notify us via call/WhatsApp/email.
- We review & approve the listing (within 24 hours).
Seller tips
- Use clear photos (front, surroundings, documents).
- Provide accurate location & land size (sqm or perches).
- Add a short headline & honest description.
- Include a phone/WhatsApp for quick buyer contact.
Pricing & Payment
For each property listing, BestLands.lk charges a one-time listing fee to help maintain quality, provide listing reviews, and boost genuine visibility. During our launch promotion, listing is free until Feb 2026.

How to pay (manual)
- Select a package above.
- Contact us via Phone, WhatsApp or Email and mention your listing ID.
- Make payment using bank transfer / mobile pay (details provided when you contact us).
- After payment, send proof (screenshot) via WhatsApp/email — we will mark your listing as paid and publish it.
How to Sell Your Property
Follow these steps to create a listing that attracts real buyers.
Before you Post
- Prepare clear photos: front view, surroundings, document copies.
- Check land documents, title deeds, and boundaries.
- Decide a realistic price and include contact details.
When Posting
- Fill all required fields: title, price, location, land size.
- Upload min 3 photos (max 12 recommended).
- Choose listing package (Free / Standard / Boost).

We value your privacy. User contacts and listing documents are never shared without consent. Messages and contact details are protected and monitored for suspicious activity.
